Builds, finances, owns and operates solar-powered rural cellular sites for mobile network operators under long-term Network-as-a-Service contracts, while also selling compact radio-access equipment, core-network components and backhaul solutions. Operations centre on African rural and low-density markets, serving operators including Orange and MTN rather than retail subscribers.

Combines low-power base-station technology, remote software management and bandwidth-efficient backhaul with site-selection, monitoring and off-grid charging services. The operating model shifts site capital expenditure, construction and maintenance from the operator in exchange for fixed payments, minimum guarantees or revenue sharing. Deployment relies on project financing, country-specific licences and approvals, supplier logistics, backhaul and power availability; signed sites are not necessarily operating sites.
