Provides Hong Kong architectural design, interior design, fit-out, and project-management services while building AI-assisted design and real-estate tokenization platforms. Project-based Hong Kong work supplies current revenue; its software, U.S. advisory, asset-management, and tokenization businesses are still being established or commercialized.
Operates a Hong Kong architectural practice providing architecture, interior design, fit-out, project management, planning design, statutory submissions, and application services. Project work spans layouts, detailed drawings, budget and space-use advice, material selection, and fit-out installation; revenue is recognized over time as services are performed.
Extends that base through QikBIM, an AI-powered BIM platform for coordinated architectural drawings, structural plans, models, project documentation, and material schedules. PlanAID remains under development for building-code compliance, while newer subsidiaries cover U.S. architecture, financial consulting, asset management, and Hearth’s real-estate tokenization infrastructure.
Revenue came entirely from Hong Kong/Asia-Pacific project work, chiefly commercial design and fit-out, while the U.S., software, advisory, and tokenization activities remained developmental or early in commercialization. Tokenization engagements rely on client-held offering responsibilities and compliance with securities, custody, anti-money-laundering, data, and cross-border rules.
