Osisko Gold Group Inc.OGGMaterials

Develops the permitted Cariboo underground gold project in British Columbia while running limited test mining at Tintic in Utah. With no commercial-production mine, construction financing and execution at Cariboo shape the business.

Develops the fully permitted Cariboo underground gold project in British Columbia, its only material mineral property, and owns the Tintic district and Trixie test mine in Utah. Cariboo remains in pre-construction; Tintic produces periodic revenue through small-scale test mining, heap leaching, and material shipments rather than commercial mining.

Advances brownfield development around historic mining camps through underground access, engineering, procurement, and exploration at Cariboo. Future commercial gold sales there depend on construction, ore extraction, processing, and refining or offtake.

Operates across Canada and the United States after selling its Mexican project. The development plan depends on continued financing, permit compliance, relationships with communities and Indigenous partners, and access to labour, contractors, equipment, and technical resources.
