Profile

ONE Gas, Inc.OGSUtilities

Distributes natural gas to residential, commercial, and transportation customers through Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service, and Texas Gas Service. Earnings come from regulated delivery charges and authorized returns on infrastructure, while purchased gas costs pass through without markup.

Distributes natural gas through Oklahoma Natural Gas, Kansas Gas Service, and Texas Gas Service to residential, commercial, and transportation customers across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. The utility is the largest distributor by customer count in Oklahoma and Kansas and the third largest in Texas.

Operations center on sourcing supply from multiple producers and marketers, managing storage and transportation, maintaining pipeline integrity, and extending local distribution systems. Competitive bidding, storage, fixed-price contracts, and hedges help balance reliable supply with seasonal demand.

All operations are regulated. State commissions, Texas municipalities, and the Railroad Commission of Texas set delivery rates and authorize cost recovery; purchased gas passes through without markup. Earnings depend on allowed returns, timely infrastructure-cost recovery, weather normalization, pipeline safety, and demand for natural gas relative to electricity.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
