Sells merchant acquiring, payment-gateway, commerce-software, digital-product, and fundraising tools, earning mainly transaction and processing fees. Fintech Services provides nearly all revenue, while a Bitcoin-mining operation remains part of the business pending a proposed spin-off.
Processes card and other payments for U.S. small and midsized merchants through eVance, its merchant-acquiring business, and SecurePay, its payment gateway and virtual terminal. OmniSoft supplies cloud tools for inventory, sales, checkout, online storefronts, shipping coordination, and customer receipts; Moola Cloud distributes debit, calling-card, and digital products through a bodega and convenience-store network. CrowdPay supplies white-label fundraising software, although that activity remains nominal.
Generates most revenue from transaction and processing fees; Fintech Services provides nearly all revenue, while DMINT operates a Bitcoin-mining business in Tennessee that remains within the group pending a proposed separation. Processing depends on acquiring banks, processors, card networks, PCI compliance, merchant chargeback reimbursement, and retained developers. Several AI-assisted merchant functions, licensing plans, and point-of-sale products remain under development or subject to approval.
