Sells the Proclarix blood test in Europe and earns ancillary revenue from biomarker-development services and licensing, while Labcorp controls its U.S. development and commercialization path.
Sells Proclarix, a blood-based prostate-cancer test that combines paired protein-biomarker assays, PSA measurements, age, and a risk-score algorithm to aid evaluation after an indeterminate PSA result. Its wholly owned Swiss subsidiary, Proteomedix, sells test kits to laboratories, hospitals, medical centers, end users, and distributors in Europe, where the product remains in market development and is not reimbursed.
Provides biomarker discovery, assay design, and assay-development work under statements of work, while separately licensing intellectual property and biological materials related to cancer testing.
Operates through laboratory, distributor, supplier, and research partners: Labcorp holds exclusive U.S. rights while validation remains under way. The business has no manufacturing facilities; European sales depend on maintaining Class C IVDR certification, and core prostate-cancer biomarker rights are licensed from ETH Zurich and the State Hospital of St. Gallen.
