OSI Systems, Inc.OSISInformation Technology

Sells security-screening equipment and turnkey inspection services, optoelectronic components and contract manufacturing, and Spacelabs patient-monitoring and cardiology systems. Security generates most revenue, while vertical integration links component production with finished systems and services.

Designs and manufactures security-inspection systems, optoelectronic components, electronics assemblies, and hospital monitoring products across three divisions. Rapiscan equipment screens baggage, people, cargo, and vehicles, while S2 supplies software and turnkey checkpoint operations.

Produces sensors, laser devices, flex circuits, and other assemblies for internal divisions and OEMs through Optoelectronics and Manufacturing. Spacelabs Healthcare provides bedside and telemetry monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, remote monitoring, and connected-care systems.

Combines in-house component production with final systems, software, maintenance, and staffed screening services for customers across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Security generates most revenue, leaving results tied to government procurement, customer acceptance, export controls, medical-device regulation, and certain single-source components.
