Oxbridge Re Holdings LimitedOXBRFinancials

Writes fully collateralized property-catastrophe treaties for Gulf Coast insurers and earns premiums over coverage terms. Capacity is supplemented by the Oxbridge Re NS sidecar, whose participating-note interests SurancePlus converts into private digital securities.

Underwrites fully collateralized, predominantly property-catastrophe treaty reinsurance for property-and-casualty insurers, principally along the U.S. Gulf Coast and especially Florida. Premiums are earned over treaty terms in exchange for indemnifying cedants above their retention and up to agreed limits.

Adds capacity through the licensed Oxbridge Re NS sidecar, where company and investor funds sit in collateral trusts supporting reinsurance obligations. SurancePlus converts interests linked to the sidecar's participating notes into digital securities, earning incentive, technology, origination, and management fees when policies are placed.

Operates with a small outsourced network and depends on brokers, lead underwriters, cedants' underwriting and claims information, independent actuarial review, trust-held collateral, and Cayman insurer licenses.
