Earns mortgage commissions and recurring platform, underwriting, insurance, sponsorship, and ancillary fees by supporting Canadian agents and brokerages rather than funding loans. A separate treasury acquires, custodies, finances, stakes, and manages digital assets primarily in INJ tokens, exposing earnings to fair-value movements.
Combines Canadian residential and commercial mortgage brokerage support with software for field agents, affiliated brokers, and white-label brokerages. Its MyPineapple environment routes leads, connects lenders, supports pre-underwriting, gathers documents, manages compliance, payroll, marketing, training, and funded-deal analytics. It does not fund mortgages; lending institutions pay commissions after approved transactions close.
Mortgage operations generate net commissions plus platform subscriptions, sponsorship, underwriting, insurance, and ancillary fees. The brokerage network spans several Canadian provinces, while all reported mortgage revenue has come from Canada. Service delivery relies on licensed agents, lender and insurance partners, and provincial corporate and individual licensing.
Digital asset operations acquire, custody, finance, stake, and manage crypto assets, primarily INJ tokens. The treasury is subject to fair-value earnings, secured financing, margin requirements, collateral, and counterparty dependencies.
