Profile

Procore Technologies, Inc.PCORInformation Technology

Offers cloud-based software that connects owners, contractors, architects, and engineers across construction work. Product lines cover preconstruction, project management, resource management, and financial management, with integrations linking external tools.

Preconstruction, Project Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management form the platform's main product lines. Project Management covers Quality & Safety, Design Coordination, and BIM, while Financial Management includes project, invoice, and portfolio financials and capital planning.

Owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, architects, and engineers use the cloud-based platform to collaborate across the construction lifecycle. Its model depends on adoption across office-and-field teams and on integrations with external systems the company does not build.

The Datagrid acquisition adds data-connectivity and advanced-reasoning capabilities aimed at automating work such as submittal reviews and RFI drafting across platforms.
