Profile
Develops Waterberg, a South African underground deposit planned to produce PGM-bearing concentrate for sale through future processing and offtake arrangements. It is a pre-revenue, partnership-led project developer whose Waterberg progress depends on financing, joint-venture approvals, permitting and concentrate-processing agreements.
Advances the Waterberg Project, an underground platinum-group-metals and base-metals deposit on South Africa's Bushveld Complex. The planned output is a PGM-bearing flotation concentrate containing potentially payable platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold, ruthenium, iridium, copper and nickel, intended for sale through a future offtake and refining arrangement. The project remains pre-production, so no operating revenue or product sales are recorded.
Operates Waterberg through its South African subsidiary and joint venture, which shares project governance with Mnombo Wethu, HJ Platinum Metals and Implats. Vancouver staff coordinate technical development, permitting, pre-construction work, financing and partner cash calls, while contractors support on-the-ground work. Lion Battery Technologies separately funds research into platinum- and palladium-enabled lithium battery components. Waterberg still requires construction financing, agreed concentrate-processing terms, land access and water approvals.
