Profile

ProMIS Neurosciences, Inc.PMNHealth Care

Develops EpiSelect-discovered antibody candidates for Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative disorders driven by misfolded proteins. With no approved products or revenue, it is a single-segment R&D business whose only clinical-stage candidate is PMN310.

Develops antibodies against disease-specific epitopes exposed on toxic, misfolded proteins through EpiSelect, its computational discovery platform. PMN310, the only clinical-stage candidate, is designed for Alzheimer's disease to bind toxic amyloid-beta oligomers while avoiding monomer, plaque, and vascular deposits.

Advances PMN267 for TDP-43 disorders and PMN442 for alpha-synuclein disorders in preclinical development, alongside the PMN311 and PMN440 vaccine programs. Toronto serves as the registered head office, with an office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S. clinical sites, and Canadian research relationships.

Operates as a small R&D organization with no approved products or product revenue. Manufacturing is intended to be outsourced where practical, and future commercialization is expected to rely on partners; progress is concentrated on PMN310's clinical and regulatory development.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
