Polar Power, Inc.POLAIndustrials

Generates revenue mainly by selling direct-current generators, hybrid power systems, accessories, and related support for telecommunications backup and remote power. Vertical integration of proprietary alternators, controls, and final assembly supports configured systems, while sales remain concentrated in U.S. telecommunications.

Designs and manufactures direct-current generators and hybrid power systems for telecommunications sites and other applications where grid power is absent, unreliable, or critical. Its portfolio includes base generators, battery-backed and solar hybrid systems, and lightweight mobile systems, supported by remote-monitoring controls, accessories, engineering, and field service.

Configures proprietary alternators, electronic controls, battery-charging algorithms, enclosures, engine integration, cooling, wiring, and final assembly at its Gardena facility. Sales run mainly through direct relationships with large telecommunications and industrial accounts, supplemented by trained technicians and service partners.

Revenue is predominantly from U.S. product sales, with telecommunications and a single Tier-1 customer providing the economic center. Orders are generally individual purchase orders, and lengthy technical reviews and field trials can precede customer qualification.
