Profile
Designer apparel is sold through Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, which provide nearly all revenue. The business has been reshaped from its shirtmaking roots by acquisitions and operates internationally under the PVH+ Plan.
Built around Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, the group sells designer apparel through two global lifestyle brands that provide nearly all of its revenue.
Its history began with a Pottsville shirt business in 1881 and shifted through acquisitions, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Warnaco. Today, it operates in more than 40 countries and follows the PVH+ Plan to build the two brands' desirability.
The business is shaped by concentration in those two brands and a China regulatory matter: MOFCOM placed the company on its Unreliable Entities List, while the latest 10-K said no measures had been imposed at its filing date.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
