Paramount Gold Nevada Corp.PZGMaterials

Develops the wholly owned Grassy Mountain and Sleeper gold-silver projects in Oregon and Nevada, advancing them through exploration, studies, engineering, and permitting. With no producing mine or operating revenue, project advancement depends on financing and external technical expertise.

Develops two wholly owned U.S. gold-and-silver projects: the proposed underground Grassy Mountain mine in Oregon and the past-producing Sleeper property in Nevada, which is being assessed for an open-pit, heap-leach restart. Neither property was in production as of the research date.

Creates project value through exploration, engineering, technical studies, and permitting, with options to sell an asset, form a development joint venture, or build and operate a relatively small mine. Grassy Mountain is at its final Oregon state-permitting stage after federal environmental review, while Sleeper requires further studies before a comparable construction decision.

Remains pre-revenue and funds project advancement through financing rather than operating cash flow. Engineering, environmental, permitting, and technical work relies heavily on outside specialist firms.
