Formed as a 360 Group spin-off, the group began operating independently in 2016 and later rebranded its primary interface as Qifu Jietiao. Its Intelligence Credit Engine is an open intelligent-marketing platform for financial-institution partners. The China-focused credit-tech model depends on financial-institution partners and operates amid Chinese credit cycles, regulatory change, and macroeconomic uncertainty.
