Connects financial institutions with consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises through technology-enabled borrower acquisition, credit assessment, fund matching, and post-facilitation work. Credit-driven services can bear credit risk through guarantees or lending, while platform services provide facilitation, marketing, referral, and risk-management services without taking that risk.

Formed as a 360 Group spin-off, the group began operating independently in 2016 and later rebranded its primary interface as Qifu Jietiao. Its Intelligence Credit Engine is an open intelligent-marketing platform for financial-institution partners. The China-focused credit-tech model depends on financial-institution partners and operates amid Chinese credit cycles, regulatory change, and macroeconomic uncertainty.
