Tracks the Nasdaq-100 Index, which covers large domestic and international nonfinancial companies listed on Nasdaq. Exposure is long and unlevered, so the fund follows the index direction rather than applying a leverage multiple or inverse target.
Replication is physical and broad: the portfolio normally holds all index securities, with holdings kept broadly in line with index weights. The fund and index are rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually.
The current structure is an open-end ETF after the 2025 reclassification from its former UIT structure. Behavior is shaped by the Nasdaq-100 basket and its rules, not by a leverage reset or active stock-selection mandate.
