Connects FMCG brands, distributors and retailers through RedAI applications for ordering, trade and market intelligence, earning transaction fees while adding subscriptions and infrastructure licenses. Its asset-light model converts network transactions and behavioral data into recommendations but relies on sellers and logistics partners for fulfillment.
Connects FMCG manufacturers and brands with distributors and retailers through RedAI, an intelligent B2B trading infrastructure. Red101 lets retailers order and pay; RedInsights gives distributors and brands dashboards, reporting and recommendations; TradeX facilitates larger B2B trades. Revenue comes chiefly from final-value transaction fees paid by brands or distributors, alongside subscriptions and partner infrastructure licenses.
Operates company-run networks in Nigeria, South Africa, Argentina and Brazil, supported from the UK and Portugal, while building partner-led deployments in Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and India. It collects transaction and behavioral data from retailer orders and turns it into predictions, market intelligence and product recommendations.
Stays asset-light by neither holding goods nor operating warehouses, fulfillment centers or delivery vehicles. Order completion and delivery quality depend on distributors, brands and third-party logistics providers.
