Profile

RadNet, Inc.RDNTHealth Care

Operates fixed-site outpatient imaging centers that earn fees for MRI, CT, PET, mammography and other scans, while DeepHealth sells radiology software, remote-scanning tools and clinical AI. Revenue remains dominated by the U.S. center network and depends on physician referrals and third-party reimbursement.

Runs the Imaging Centers segment, a U.S. network of 442 fixed-site outpatient centers offering MRI, CT, PET, mammography, ultrasound, X-ray, nuclear medicine and fluoroscopy. Builds density in regional markets through acquisitions, new sites and health-system joint ventures; multimodality locations broaden referral coverage and improve equipment use. Scan volume and service mix drive revenue, with advanced imaging generally carrying higher margins than routine exams.

Sells Digital Health products under DeepHealth, including RIS/PACS, DeepHealth OS, clinical AI, reporting and remote-scanning tools, to its own network and outside hospitals, health systems and imaging providers worldwide. The segment expanded into routine and acute-care imaging through Gleamer. Operations depend on physician referrals, commercial and government reimbursement, qualified radiologists and technologists, and continuing investment in imaging equipment and regulated clinical software.
