Rare Earths Americas, Inc.REAMaterials

Explores Georgia and Brazilian properties for magnet rare earths, seeking to define resources and advance them through studies, permitting, and financing; all projects remain pre-revenue and outside commercial production.

Runs United States Mining Operations in Georgia and Brazil Mining Operations across Brazilian rare-earth prospects. Its portfolio includes the Shiloh/Foothills district in Georgia and the Alpha, Constellation, and Homer projects in Brazil, targeting magnet rare earths used in magnetic applications.

Advances prospects by consolidating mineral rights, drilling to define resources, testing metallurgy, preparing S-K 1300 studies, and pursuing permits, partnerships, and financing. Alpha and Constellation could produce mixed rare-earth carbonate if development and technical work support it, while Shiloh's product route remains under evaluation.

Remains pre-revenue and entirely in exploration: no project is in commercial production, no project has proven or probable reserves, and future development depends on resource definition, permitting, capital, processing capacity, and mineral-right access.
