Profile

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.REGNHealth Care

Discovers and commercializes medicines led by Dupixent for inflammatory disease, EYLEA and EYLEA HD for retinal disease, and Libtayo for cancer. Revenue combines direct product sales with profit shares from Sanofi and Bayer collaborations.

Discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines for eye disease, allergic and inflammatory conditions, cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, and rare disease. Dupixent anchors inflammation; EYLEA and EYLEA HD anchor retinal care; Libtayo leads oncology. Praluent, Kevzara, Evkeeza, Lynozyfic and Otarmeni extend the commercial portfolio.

Uses human-genetics research and VelociSuite technologies to discover fully human and bispecific antibodies, with most clinical candidates originating in its own laboratories. Revenue combines direct sales and collaboration economics: Sanofi records Dupixent sales worldwide and shares profits, Bayer records EYLEA sales outside the United States, and Libtayo sales are recorded directly worldwide. Regulatory approvals, manufacturing execution and these collaboration agreements remain structural dependencies.
