Profile
Sells rechargeable and disposable RELX vaping products in China through a licensed tobacco distribution system. International growth spans North Asia and Europe, while overseas RELX activity relies on an intellectual-property license from a founder-controlled affiliate.
Operates China sales through the National Transaction Platform, selling to licensed provincial Tobacco Commercial Enterprises that supply licensed retailers. Its domestic range includes Qingyu, Phantom, Phantom Pro, Zeus, Leili, Daqian and Feiliu products; outside China, it offers rechargeable devices, disposable vaping systems and e-liquid products.
Core Markets and Europe Acquisition are its reportable segments. China products and production inputs must meet national standards and receive approvals, while a manufacturing license underpins specified device, cartridge and disposable production. International RELX and other-brand sales and production are conducted by a separately incorporated, founder-controlled affiliate under an intellectual-property license.
