Profile

ResMed Inc.RMDHealth Care

Sells connected positive airway pressure devices, masks, home ventilators, diagnostics, and care-management software, with most revenue coming from sleep and breathing devices and recurring accessories. Cloud monitoring links patients and providers, while reimbursement, medical-device regulation, and component supply shape the business.

Designs and sells positive airway pressure devices, masks, accessories, home ventilators, diagnostics, and connected software for sleep apnea and other respiratory disorders. The Sleep and Breathing Health segment includes AirSense and AirCurve therapy devices, AirFit and AirTouch masks, AirView clinician monitoring, and myAir patient support, sold in more than 140 countries.

Connects therapy hardware to remote monitoring, settings changes, troubleshooting, and patient coaching. Residential Care Software provides Brightree and MEDIFOX DAN workflow systems to home-medical-equipment and residential care providers; MatrixCare remains in the segment pending its agreed sale.

Sells primarily through home-medical-equipment providers, distributors, sleep clinics, and health systems. Demand depends on medical-device approvals, quality compliance, and third-party reimbursement, while some configured device components come from single-source suppliers.
