Profile
Operates Station Casinos' Las Vegas neighborhood resorts and smaller casinos, earning most revenue from slot-led gaming alongside dining, hotel rooms and entertainment. Operations are concentrated in the Las Vegas Valley, with a much smaller Native American development and management business.
Operates Station Casinos properties across the Las Vegas Valley, from Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch and Durango resorts to Palace, Boulder, Sunset and Santa Fe Stations and smaller Wildfire and Seventy Six venues. Slot-led casino gaming supplies most revenue, complemented by restaurants, bars, hotel rooms, entertainment, bowling, theaters and meeting space.
Targets Las Vegas residents and repeat visitors through convenient locations, a shared loyalty program, customer-level promotions and regular property refreshes. A much smaller Native American activity develops and will manage the North Fork casino in California.
Performance depends on local discretionary spending, property cash flow for debt service and expansion, and continued gaming and liquor approvals. The listed holding company controls Station LLC but owns only part of its economic interests.

Insiders — filings are in another share unit.
A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
The Form 4 positions here total more than the shares outstanding, so the filings and the share count are not on the same basis — usually an unlisted unit behind the listed one — and no insider percentage is shown.
