Profile
Produces SAF, renewable diesel, renewable naphtha, and related environmental credits in one renewable-fuels segment. New Rise Reno anchors the operating model while offtake shifts from Phillips 66 toward a BGN tolling and distribution framework.
Produces sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, renewable naphtha, and related environmental credits through one renewable-fuels segment. New Rise Reno is the flagship facility, with management focused on ramp-up and restart work after initial production and deliveries began before the public listing.
Sales were previously tied to a Phillips 66 supply and offtake agreement. After that agreement was terminated, the disclosed replacement path shifted toward a BGN tolling and offtake framework using XCF's production platform and BGN's trading and distribution network.
Operations are concentrated in the United States, with Houston headquarters and a Nevada operating base. The proposed Southern Energy and DevvStream combination remains subject to approvals, financing, plant-conversion milestones, and other closing conditions.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
