Profile

SailPoint, Inc.SAILInformation Technology

Provides enterprise identity governance through Identity Security Cloud and its Atlas platform, combining access lifecycle controls with privileged access, threat detection, and coverage for non-employee and machine identities. SaaS-first delivery is expanding alongside legacy software, while acquired capabilities and Thoma Bravo’s majority voting control shape the business.

Provides enterprise identity governance through Identity Security Cloud, built on the Atlas platform, to determine who should access which systems, when access is appropriate, and the associated risk. The offering targets large enterprises and extends beyond workforce access to non-employees and machine identities.

Uses SaaS-first delivery while maintaining older software offerings. Capabilities include access lifecycle governance, privileged access, identity threat detection and response, SaaS-application discovery, healthcare identity governance, and credentials security. Operations are based in Austin, with employees spread across multiple countries.

Platform breadth has expanded partly through acquisitions. Execution depends on moving customers toward cloud services while supporting legacy software and integrating acquired technologies. Thoma Bravo’s majority voting control also gives the sponsor substantial influence over director elections and other corporate matters.
