Profile

StandardAero, Inc.SAROIndustrials

Maintains and overhauls aircraft engines, repairs components and accessories, and supports operators through field service, engineering and asset management. Engine Services and Component Repair Services span commercial, military and helicopter, and business aviation, with access shaped by OEM authorizations and long-lived installed fleets.

Provides scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance, repair and overhaul through Engine Services, alongside component and accessory repair and selected new-part manufacturing through Component Repair Services. Commercial, military and helicopter, and business aviation customers span a multinational facility network.

Connects aircraft operators with engine programs through OEM authorizations, licenses, technical specifications and support for long-lived installed fleets. Shop visits, field service, engineering and asset management make the operating model broader than depot repair alone.

Execution depends on skilled technical labor, supply availability, regulatory approvals and safe delivery. Government work adds procurement, export-control and program-compliance requirements, while acquisition integration remains recurring because purchased businesses assembled much of the service footprint. Revenue also depends on a limited customer group.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.

Shares outstanding 332.47M · Float 223.72M · 67.3% free float

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
