IMMSA covers Mexican underground mines and processing facilities.

Produces copper as the primary output, alongside molybdenum, silver and zinc by-products. Brownfield expansion has enlarged established districts, and the development pipeline includes projects such as Tía María and Michiquillay.

Execution depends on permits, water and environmental management, labor continuity, and durable relationships with governments and host communities. Production remains concentrated in Peru and Mexico, and Grupo México controls the issuer through Americas Mining Corporation.
