SPAR Group provides merchandising, marketing, distribution and retail execution services for retailers, brands and consumer goods distributors. After divesting most international operations, it is focused on the United States and Canada.
SPAR Group helps consumer goods companies and retailers execute work inside and around stores: resets, planogram maintenance, display setup, shelf replenishment, price and inventory audits, remodels, fixture work, assembly, fulfillment support and digital merchandising. Its SPARview technology and analytics tools support planning, field instructions, reporting and real-time visibility for clients and teams.
The company was founded in 1967 as a promotion analysis business, later added in-store merchandising and marketing, and now operates mainly in the United States and Canada after exiting other country operations during its strategic review. Current execution depends on retailer and brand demand, the mix between remodel work and core merchandising, field labor availability, and the company's ability to turn technology partnerships and cost reductions into steadier margins.
