Builds and maintains buried utility infrastructure in Singapore through conventional trenching and horizontal directional drilling. Core work includes telecom and power conduits, water and gas lines, sewer construction and rehabilitation, pipe and cable laying, road reinstatement, CCTV inspection, air-water jetting, and live valve insertion. Projects are usually delivered as main contractor with an owned fleet, in-house equipment servicing, employees, and subcontractors.

Earns project-based civil-engineering revenue as work progresses against estimated costs; customers pay after certifying completed milestones. All operations and revenue are in Singapore, where public-contract eligibility depends on building and construction registrations and grade limits. Contract volume depends on tenders and quotations, while labor capacity relies heavily on foreign workers and project margins depend on cost estimates, subcontractors, performance bonds, retainages, and defect and warranty obligations.
