Profile
SOLAI Limited is a NYSE-listed personal AI and digital infrastructure company formerly known as BIT Mining. It operates cryptocurrency mining and data center services while pivoting toward personal AI infrastructure, Solana treasury and staking, and DOLAI stablecoin payments.
SOLAI Limited, previously BIT Mining Limited, is a Cayman Islands holding company whose ADSs trade on the New York Stock Exchange under SLAI. The company began as an online lottery business, shifted into cryptocurrency mining from late 2020, and now describes itself as a personal AI and digital infrastructure provider. Its operating base still includes self-mining, data center services for miners, and miner manufacturing, with Bitcoin machines located mainly in the United States and Ethiopia and data centers providing rack space, utility, virtual services, storage, and backup.
In 2025 it rebranded to SOLAI as part of a pivot toward artificial intelligence and blockchain infrastructure, including Solana ecosystem activity, DOLAI stablecoin payments, and a roadmap for personal AI node devices, on-device agent runtime, model routing, and high-density compute. Execution depends on mining economics, data center uptime, AI product delivery, and digital asset regulation.
