Builds customized private-markets portfolios across private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and real estate. Institutional and private-wealth clients invest through separately managed accounts and focused commingled funds, using primary fund commitments, secondary purchases, and co-investments. Advisory mandates add strategic planning, research, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and data access.
Operates globally with local investment teams and proprietary research, reporting, pacing, and benchmarking tools that support manager selection, portfolio construction, liquidity planning, and administration. Most management and advisory fees come from commingled funds and separately managed accounts; advisory and data services are a smaller stream. Access to managers and deal flow, private-market valuations, fundraising, capital deployment, and investment realizations shape fee generation, while performance fees depend on investment gains.
