Profile

Silvercorp Metals Inc.SVMMaterials

Mines silver, lead, zinc and gold in China and sells concentrates to local smelters and traders, while developing copper-gold and gold assets in Ecuador and Kyrgyzstan. Current revenue is concentrated in the Ying Mining District.

Operates the Ying Mining District in Henan and the GC Mine in Guangdong, mining and milling ore into silver-bearing lead and zinc concentrates for Chinese smelters and mineral-products traders. Those producing operations fund exploration, mine development and the build-out of a broader portfolio.

Develops El Domo, a construction-stage copper-gold project, and the Condor gold project in Ecuador, alongside the Tulkubash/Kyzyltash gold joint venture in Kyrgyzstan. Cites high-grade resources, concentrate quality and proximity to Chinese smelters as operating advantages.

Revenue remains concentrated in China, with Ying as the principal source; international projects are at construction, development and permitting stages. Operations depend on metal prices, ore grades and recovery, smelter customer acceptance, permits and regulatory conditions across its jurisdictions.
