Profile
Provides mobile, fixed-network, TV and digital services to consumer and enterprise customers in Türkiye. The NYSE-listed ADR represents a company whose control structure changed when Türkiye Wealth Fund gained effective board control in 2020.
Runs mobile and fixed networks alongside TV, voice, data and value-added digital services for consumer and enterprise customers. The core market is Türkiye, where the company launched the country's GSM era and later developed a converged telecommunications and technology-services profile.
The business extends beyond traditional mobile connectivity through digital infrastructure and services. LTE rollout, network virtualisation and the Unified Telco Cloud reflect a shift toward software-defined delivery; the 2019 strategy also set an IT-services role alongside telecommunications.
TKC is a sponsored NYSE Level II ADR backed by ordinary shares that trade in Türkiye. Since 2020, Türkiye Wealth Fund has held effective board control through privileged shares, making the control structure a continuing feature of the listed company.
