PBR stages bull-riding competitions, and the Zuffa Boxing joint venture supports professional boxing promotion. Revenue comes from media rights, production, live-event tickets and site fees, hospitality, partnerships, marketing, and consumer-product licensing.

Events and distribution span global markets, with most UFC and WWE fans outside the United States.

Results depend on media distributors, athletes and performers, event hosts, and discretionary consumer and corporate spending. Silver Lake controls the issuer through its control of Endeavor, the majority voting holder.
