Sells and delivers physical marine fuel through a Malaysian bunkering fleet, with smaller ship-management and chartering activities; revenue is earned as principal, retaining fuel inventory, delivery, and customer-credit exposure.
Supplies physical marine gas oil and high-, low-, and very-low-sulfur fuel oil to commercial and offshore vessels, primarily in Malaysian waters. Fuel is procured from refineries, national oil companies, traders, and energy companies, then carried on its bunkering fleet for ship-to-ship delivery.
Complements bunker sales with technical and crew management, marine consultancy, shipping-agency work, and mostly intragroup bareboat chartering. The model treats fuel supply as a principal activity, retaining inventory, fulfillment, and customer-credit exposure while seeking control over procurement, scheduling, product quality, and delivery safety.
Operates under Malaysian petroleum licenses and maritime, port, labor, safety, and pollution rules. Operations remain dependent on concentrated customer and supplier relationships, trade-finance facilities, recurring ship-crew deployment, and distributions from subsidiaries to the Cayman holding company.
