Tactical Resources (TREO)

Develops the Peak Project, a Texas rare-earth initiative that seeks to recover rare-earth elements from already-mined, crushed rhyolite tailings at the operating Sierra Blanca railway-ballast quarry. The intended value chain combines tailings access, direct-leach processing, modular facilities and eventual separation capacity in the United States. Corporate management is based in Vancouver, while its sole currently promoted development asset is in Texas.

Has not established a mineral resource or commercially extracted rare-earth minerals. The plan depends on stockpile characterization, flowsheet optimization, pilot testing, project economics, engineering, permits, power upgrades, construction and financing. Tailings rights, quarry access and an option to acquire the quarry company underpin the project; the quarry acquisition remains optional.
