Profile
Sells diagnostic instruments, recurring reagents and test kits, and laboratory services centered on rapid HIV testing, haemoglobin systems and specialty assays. Develops wearable biosensors and biomarker tests while distributing directly in selected markets and through partners elsewhere.
Builds and sells rapid HIV point-of-care tests, haemoglobin and HbA1c analyzers, infectious-disease and autoimmune assays, and laboratory testing services. The Immco reference laboratory serves U.S. laboratories and hospitals; sales use direct channels in selected markets and distributors, strategic partners, and nongovernmental bodies elsewhere.
Develops the CGM+ wearable biosensor, PrePsia preeclampsia-risk test, and EpiCapture urine-based test for aggressive prostate-cancer risk. Trinovium is developing direct-to-chip liquid-cooling fluids and a connected monitoring platform, but it was at technical-validation, partner-engagement, and customer-qualification stages at launch.
Existing medical products and the Immco laboratory remain subject to applicable FDA, European, UK, Canadian, CLIA, and New York laboratory requirements. Rapid-HIV demand partly depends on foreign-aid procurement, while outsourced offshore production transitions created timing variability.

Shares outstanding and float — provider count disagrees with the price.
Insiders — filings are in the shares behind the receipt.
The provider's share count does not square with the market price, so neither it nor anything divided by it is shown.
This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
The institutional figure is the one the filers report, not a quotient recomputed on the share count.
