Profile
Operates a unified Telecom segment serving residential, satellite and enterprise customers in Mexico. The group retains an investment in TelevisaUnivision after contributing its media-content assets, while the Ollamani spin-off left continuing operations less diversified.
Residential, satellite and enterprise services make up the unified Telecom segment, which combines Cable and Sky. The operating base is Mexico, where the group serves household and business-oriented customers.
Content and production assets were combined with Univision to form TelevisaUnivision, leaving the group with a substantial investment in that business. A later Ollamani spin-off further narrowed the continuing operating platform.
Telecom is now the consolidated operating focus after those structural changes. The operating model is less diversified than the historical media structure, and Cable and Sky are reported together as one Telecom segment.
