Profile
Builds wheels, tires, and undercarriage components across three segments — agricultural, earthmoving and construction, and consumer specialty products such as powersports and trailer tires — selling to equipment makers and aftermarket dealers worldwide, with a long-running licensed Goodyear farm-tire brand and a majority-owned tire plant in Russia.
Off-highway wheels, tires, and undercarriage systems are sold across three lines: agricultural equipment for tractors and combines, earthmoving and construction gear for mining, military, and construction vehicles, and a consumer group of powersports, trailer, and outdoor-power-equipment tires.
Customers include major farm and construction-equipment makers plus a global aftermarket dealer base, with manufacturing concentrated in the US and extending to Latin America, Europe, and a majority-owned Russian plant serving agricultural demand.
A licensed Goodyear farm-tire brand anchors sales internationally, built through decades of tire-brand acquisitions. The business dates to a 1983 buyout of a nineteenth-century Illinois wheel operation, reshaped by a 2024 acquisition that added the consumer lineup.
Part of the workforce is unionized under multi-year labor contracts, and demand tied to farm-equipment cycles drives swings in plant utilization. The Russian subsidiary operates under continuing sanctions-related disclosure requirements.
