Profile
Designs, develops, markets, and distributes performance apparel, footwear, and accessories through wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and company-operated stores. Founder Kevin Plank returned as CEO.
Founded in 1996, the business grew from a moisture-wicking base-layer shirt into performance apparel, footwear, and accessories. It designs, develops, markets, and distributes those products through wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and company-operated stores.
Kevin Plank returned as President and CEO after serving as Executive Chair and Brand Chief. Its history also includes a Connected Fitness expansion, followed by the sale of the MyFitnessPal platform.
Operations are organized around apparel, footwear, and accessories across North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. The retail network includes Brand and Factory House stores, while geographic reporting is divided among those four regions.
