Midstream & Marketing provides energy marketing, renewable natural gas, storage, gathering and processing, production, and energy services. UGI International distributes LPG in Europe, giving the portfolio operations in the United States and Europe.

The group distributes, stores, transports, and markets energy products and related services. State-utility regulation, FERC-regulated storage, LNG, and portions of transmission, plus the associated rate structures and approvals, shape parts of the business.
