Profile
Operates acute-care hospitals, behavioral-health facilities, outpatient and emergency sites, physician practices, health insurance and Talkspace virtual care. Revenue is split between acute care and behavioral health, with a U.S.-centered footprint supplemented by Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom and Ireland and meaningful exposure to government reimbursement.
Owns and operates acute-care hospitals, behavioral-health facilities and outpatient sites, alongside freestanding emergency departments, physician practices, health insurance and virtual therapy and psychiatry. Acute Care Hospital Services is the larger segment; Behavioral Health Care Services contributes a little under half of revenue. The footprint spans much of the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Growth centers on building or acquiring facilities in expanding markets and investing in staff, capacity and equipment. Talkspace adds virtual counseling, therapy and psychiatry to the behavioral network.
Demand, staffing and reimbursement shape facility economics. Medicare, Medicaid and other government programs set or influence payment, while UK behavioral facilities rely mainly on public-sector contracts. Revenue is concentrated in Texas, Nevada and California.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
