Profile
Provides career training in transportation, skilled trades, electrical, energy, aviation, and healthcare through the UTI and Concorde divisions. Tuition and fees drive nearly all revenue, while campus and program expansion depends on accreditation, state approvals, and continued access to federal student aid.
Operates two U.S. career-education divisions built around hands-on, classroom, blended, and online instruction. The UTI division teaches transportation, skilled trades, electrical, energy, and aviation disciplines, including manufacturer-specific advanced training and dealer technician services. Concorde Career Colleges covers allied health, dental, nursing, patient care, and diagnostic programs.
Earns nearly all revenue from student tuition and fees. Expansion centers on new campuses, added programs at existing sites, employer and manufacturer relationships, and a unified corporate operating model that retains the UTI and Concorde brands. Delivery remains campus-led across the United States, with Concorde also operating online. Federal student-aid eligibility, state authorizations, accreditation, clinical placements, and regulatory approval for new programs and locations underpin enrollment and expansion.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
