Develops miniature, ultra-long-acting subdermal drug implant candidates through its NanoPortal platform for chronic diseases. The implant design is intended to deliver medicines steadily over extended periods. Its Biopharm work centers on GLP-1 programs, including NPM-139, NPM-133 and NPM-115, plus the Okava-partnered OKV-119; none is approved for commercial sale.

Cortigent contains legacy Second Sight neurostimulation assets. The operating priority is clinical advancement of implant candidates, and the two-business structure remains shaped by a proposed, not completed, Cortigent separation. These programs are being advanced as clinical-stage biotechnology work rather than marketed therapies today.
