Profile
Originates business-purpose loans secured by residential rental, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties, then funds and manages the portfolio through securitization and other debt facilities. The business is concentrated in the United States and reports as a single segment.
Originates business-purpose investor real estate loans secured mainly by residential rental properties, with additional lending against multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial real estate. Century Health & Housing Capital adds FHA financing and servicing for multifamily, senior housing, and long-term care or assisted-living facilities.
Uses independent mortgage brokers and direct borrower relationships to source loans nationwide, then retains and manages credit exposure through a single U.S. reportable segment. Underwriting discipline, proprietary operating data, customized technology, and active servicing support the model.
Long-term funding depends on securitized debt, warehouse facilities, unsecured or corporate debt, and equity. Results remain tied to real estate conditions, financing costs, securitization access, state licensing, and mortgage-asset regulation.
