Profile

Venu Holding CorporationVENUConsumer Discretionary

Develops U.S. destination campuses that pair music venues with restaurants, bars, suites, and event space. Revenue comes from dining, tickets and fees, rentals, sponsorships, parking, and shared venue economics, while site development is financed through municipal incentives, premium-use programs, debt, sale-leasebacks, and equity.

Develops destination campuses in U.S. markets it considers underserved by premium live entertainment, combining music halls or amphitheaters with restaurants, bars, premium suites, and event space. Directly operates its restaurants and smaller indoor halls in Colorado Springs and Gainesville.

Current brands include Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern, Phil Long Music Hall, Ford Amphitheater, Roth’s Sea & Steak, and Brohan’s. Operating revenue comes from food and beverage, tickets and service fees, rentals, parking, naming rights, sponsorships, and a share of Ford venue economics after costs under AEG Presents’ operator arrangement.

Selects sites around demographics, traffic, zoning, sound, parking, artist routing, and municipal partnership criteria, then develops, finances, and expands the campuses. Large amphitheaters rely on third-party operators, while development depends on municipal agreements, premium-use sales, debt, and sale-leasebacks that can carry construction and compliance requirements.
