Profile
Movable furniture and equipment for school classrooms form the core business, alongside furniture for commercial and public-space settings. The single segment designs, manufactures, and distributes primarily in the United States.
Designs, manufactures, and distributes movable furniture and equipment for school classrooms, along with furniture for commercial and public-space settings. The core range includes mobile tables and storage, desks, computer furniture, chairs, activity tables, and folding furniture.
Manufacturing and distribution run from Torrance, California, and Conway, Arkansas, with sales principally in the United States. More than half of deliveries include delivery into classrooms, making distribution and service part of the operating model.
Educational deliveries concentrate in summer, so capacity, inventory, and receivables are prepared for the June–August peak. The company reports one operating segment and continues to have Virtue-family involvement under CEO Robert A. Virtue.
