Operates the Vince brand’s women’s and men’s ready-to-wear business, with apparel and accessories positioned as elevated, understated everyday pieces. Products reach customers through company-operated full-price and outlet stores, vince.com, and premium wholesale channels, including selected international markets.
The business became a single-brand public company through its 2013 separation from Kellwood’s non-Vince operations. The operating company no longer owns the core brand intellectual property. Since 2023, it has used that intellectual property under an exclusive long-term license from ABG Vince, an Authentic Brands Group affiliate. The license arrangement and related royalty expense shape the operating model.
