Profile

Voyager Technologies, Inc.VOYGIndustrials

Sells defense propulsion, energetics, sensing, and communications systems alongside spacecraft hardware, mission services, and lunar infrastructure through the Defense and Space Technologies segment. U.S. government contracts provide most revenue, while the separate Voyager-led Starlab Space Stations venture remains a pre-revenue development program.

Defense and Space Technologies supplies propulsion and energetics, signals intelligence and sensing, space-qualified communications, guidance and navigation hardware, and in-orbit maneuvering technology. Work spans prime-contract and component-supplier roles, combining vertically integrated energetics production with flight-proven spacecraft hardware.

The same segment provides mission operations, engineering, and International Space Station services through Nanoracks and the Bishop Airlock. Voyager Lunar Systems adds lunar landers, surface power, and reusable rockets. Extensive ISS mission execution and deployed spacecraft subsystems underpin the space portfolio.

Starlab Space Stations is a Voyager-led venture developing a commercial low-Earth-orbit station with international partners. U.S. government work generates most revenue, tying results to federal budgets, procurement rules, contract timing, and program execution. Starlab remains pre-revenue and depends on development milestones, partner funding, additional financing, and NASA’s commercial-station procurement.
